Dorothea Strüber

Dorothea is an economist specializing in international development and currently serves as deputy regional director for the DACH region at ClimateView, a Swedish climate tech firm helping cities meet carbon reduction goals. She previously spent six years at the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network and brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, sustainable agriculture, and gender equality. Dorothea is multilingual, speaking five languages.

Jamal Russell

Jamal is a PhD researcher in equity, energy, and economics with a Master’s in Econometrics from UC. He specializes in data-driven, geospatial research and has advised Fortune 100 companies on decarbonization strategies, including GHG accounting, zero-emission mobility, and carbon markets. As founder of Offset, he helps clients in North America and Europe meet net-zero goals. Jamal is committed to equitable, market-based solutions to the climate crisis.
